COMPANY PROFILE: Brava! Pizzeria is a catering and retail food business utilizing mobile wood-fired ovens as its primary cooking source.  Brava! is located in Denver, Colorado and performs retail and catered events throughout the Denver metro area and Colorado Rocky Mountain region.   POSITION: Position: Team Member Reports To: Manager / Shift Manager   POSITION OVERVIEW: You are fun, energetic, engaging, reliable and thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment.  You have a passion for good food, fire and providing guests with the best experience possible.  You enjoy working with a team who take food serious, but have fun preparing and serving it.  You have your own experience to share and lust for the opportunity to learn, grow and explore career potential.   RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS:  
  • Greet guests and take food orders and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Follow Brava! operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety / security to ensure the safety of all team members during each shift
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand, menu items and keys to creating quality pizza
  • Serve food to guests in a courteous and timely manner
  • Quickly and accurately prepare food items including prep, pizza and catered menu items
  • Follow sanitation and safety procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensures proper set up and breakdown of restaurant, kitchen and mobile assets
  • Effectively and politely handle guest concerns and complaints
  • Work as a team to prepare the restaurant / mobile operations for each shift
  • Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that positively promotes the Brava! culture
  • Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Contributes to a positive team environment
  QUALIFICATIONS:  
  • Excellent guest service skills required
  • Ability to communicate with guests and team members
  • Team oriented, adaptable, dependable and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to accommodate business levels, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  EXPERIENCE:  
  • Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
  • Customer service experience preferred, preferably in a restaurant environment
